Platform Terms of Service
Terms governing commercial access to and use of Europe One Trade (Europe One Trade SRL).
1. Scope of Platform Service
Europe One Trade provides a digital business-to-business (B2B) marketplace for verified corporate entities engaged in wholesale consumer electronics trading. Europe One Trade SRL is not a broker, agent, or merchant of record for transactions conducted between users.
2. Trader-to-Trader Autonomy & Responsibility
Members remain solely responsible for counterparty due diligence, commercial contracts, tax compliance (including VAT / VIES declarations), logistics, product condition authenticity, and settlement arrangements.
3. KYB / Verification Compliance
Access is strictly restricted to verified business entities. Providing false corporate registry documents, invalid VAT credentials, or engaging in fraudulent behavior results in immediate account termination, forfeiture of membership credits, and submission to community Trade Alerts.
4. Membership & Credits
Listing allowances are allocated on a monthly basis according to the selected tier. Memberships grant access to platform discovery tools and do not guarantee deal completion.
